11  Review of Second Tranche Priorities

Consistent with the project plan, second-tranche requirements will be reviewed after the end of Tranche 1 (Nov 2026) and before commencement of Tranche 2 (Jan 2027). The review will evaluate feedback from workflow users, workshop participants, ecosystem experts, and project partners to validate that Year 2 priorities continue to address the most important user needs.

The review will consider:

• User adoption and engagement in the initial phases,
• Technical performance of workflow reproducibility, data interoperability, expected platform performance, and FAIR compliance.
• Community feedback collected through workshops or interviews.
• Steering Committee recommendations

Any approved changes to second-tranche priorities will be documented through the project’s governance and change-control processes and reflected in an updated delivery plan.
