8 Roadmap Overview
Based on the user groups, requirements and use cases described in previous sections we propose a roadmap for Work Package 4 Workflow delivery:

Where the first tranche is programed from (May to Nov 2026) and the second tranche (Jan to Nov 2027). This mapping aligns directly with the project’s intended outcomes around modular workflows, FAIR workflows, interoperability, workflow catalogues and community adoption.
The proposed roadmap has following dependencies with other project work packages:
- WP2 PID and FAIR4RS implementation plans completed during Tranche 1 is required for theme FAIR & PID.
- WP3 Data and Metadata is completed or in development during Tranche 1 and completed before Tranche 2.
- WP5 Catalogue and Dashboard will be developed after completion of Tranche 1 and in parallel to Tranche 2.
- WP6 Community and Engagement Training, community building, workshops and user stories are developed in accordance with community and engagement plan.
